Missions Statement
To provide every girl from ages 8 to 18 a chance to obtain physical, social and psychological growth through their involvement in our program. One of the main tenets of the program is to encourage youth and young girls to do their best with their abilities on and off the court. With emphasis on positive reinforcement, the program seeks to build confidence and self-esteem in each player. This service is to help teach young girls and women about the sport of volleyball, and to apply the lessons that they learned to become the best player and person possible. We strive for excellence in the instruction and development of each player on an individual basis as well as within the concept of a team. While this program teaches youth and young adult girls the skills necessary to excel in the sport of volleyball, the focus remains on participation, cooperation, sportsmanship, responsibility and to have fun.
