All teams will be training on the same three days:

Monday’s & Friday’s from 6-9pm – Setter train from 6-6:30pm. Other positions will be doing partner series from 6-6:30pm.  Team practice will begin at 6:30pm

We will be trying to make sure every day after the setters training or before practice. We do some core, leg and shoulder strengthening.

Thursday’s from 7-9pm – At 7pm the girls will be doing their strength training for 30minutes.

Thursdays will be primarily position training for most of the practice.
